Billing
Is there a free trial?
Free has no time limit. Paid plans start with a free trial, and you are not charged until it ends.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Switch the table to yearly to see the price for a year paid up front, and what it saves against paying monthly.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
At any time, from your dashboard. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.
What happens when I reach my vehicle limit?
The cars already in your inventory stay as they are. Adding one more asks you to move up a plan.
What happens to my data if I move down a plan?
Nothing is deleted. Sales and treasury records are kept and come back the moment you move up again.
Plans
Why does my website need its own domain?
Your website is published only on your own address, such as www.yourdealership.pt, so customers find you, not us. You can build and preview it before you connect one.
What does no search backlinks mean?
Your website keeps the small "Powered by Mycarro" credit in its footer, but its car pages carry no links back to Mycarro, so search engines credit your domain alone.
Are new leads lost before I have Sales?
No. Enquiries are recorded on every plan, and they are waiting for you when you move up to Pro.
What is Premium?
For dealer groups and larger stocks: allowances sized to you, custom terms and a dedicated contact. Tell us what you need and we will quote a price.
